- The Novu app version (Settings > About)
- A short description of what you were doing
- A screenshot or screen recording, if possible
Account & subscription
Manage your subscription inside the app at Settings > Subscription.
Any questions about subscriptions? Email support@withnovu.com and we’re happy to help.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app at Settings > Delete Account, or by emailing support@withnovu.com.
